2010 Grand Marshall Announced!

The Celebrate Council Bluffs Parade planning committee is proud to announce the selection of Marvin Arnpriester as the Grand Marshall of the 2010 parade. The planning committee wanted to honor an individual who is committed to the theme of Aspire Higher in their efforts for the community. Mr. Arnpriester has been involved in a number of community activities that show his dedication to making our community a better place to live, work, and raise our families. These include: Council Bluffs Board of Education, Habitat for Humanity Board, Phoenix House, Southwest Iowa Hospice, Visiting Nurses, and The Nebraska Health Center Clinical Education. He serves as the Senior Pastor of Broadway United Methodist Church. Mr. Arnpriester, Aspires Higher for citizens of Council Bluffs and is befitting the honor of Grand Marshall for this years parade.
